 Family and Psychological Services is a group of Licensed Clinical Psychologists and Licensed Professional Counselors who provide a wide range of services to individuals, couples, families, and organizations. Treatment is provided by clinicians who each have over twenty years of experience in their areas of expertise. All therapists in our practice are licensed by the State of Virginia.

The staff at Family and Psychological Services offers personalized care for a variety of life problems, including Depression, Stress and Anxiety problems, Health-related problems, Life Adjustment problems, Anger control, Addictive problems, Couples problems, and Family problems. Psychological assessments, career testing, personnel testing, and organizational consulting are also available. 

 Our office is open for appointments Monday through Friday. Each clinician has hours that vary from 7am until 6pm. Our business office is open from 8am until 5pm to help you with your questions regarding billing and insurance authorizations. 

 Preauthorization is required by most insurance carriers. Our office staff will assist you in obtaining preauthorization before your first visit, but the final responsibility belongs to the patient. Copays and deductibles vary by insurance companies. Our staff will help you establish what your copayment is, but the ultimate determination of your share of the charges is made by your insurance company. You will need to contact your insurance company directly to be certain of your payment responsibilities. We will file your insurance for you. We must depend on you to provide accurate information and to inform us of any changes in your coverage. After making an appointment, please fill in these forms to speed up your check-in process.
